Stuffed peppers for Halloween

2 teaspoons plain camelina seeds

3 c.s. camelina oil

1 package ground meat

5 orange peppers

1 bunch chopped fresh basil

Salt and pepper

1 block of Gouda cheese

1½ small weight cane

2 diced onions

  1. Preheat oven to 205°C (400°F)
  2. In a skillet, heat camelina oil over medium heat. Cook the beef and onion for 2 to 3 minutes, until the meat has lost its pink hue. Add the camelina seeds and vegetables. Let cool.
  3. Add the garlic, peas, chopped pepper and cheese.
  4. Cut the other two peppers in half. Remove the seeds and stuff with the beef mixture. Place in a gratin dish and cover with cheese.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes.
