2 teaspoons plain camelina seeds
3 c.s. camelina oil
1 package ground meat
5 orange peppers
1 bunch chopped fresh basil
Salt and pepper
1 block of Gouda cheese
1½ small weight cane
2 diced onions
- Preheat oven to 205°C (400°F)
- In a skillet, heat camelina oil over medium heat. Cook the beef and onion for 2 to 3 minutes, until the meat has lost its pink hue. Add the camelina seeds and vegetables. Let cool.
- Add the garlic, peas, chopped pepper and cheese.
- Cut the other two peppers in half. Remove the seeds and stuff with the beef mixture. Place in a gratin dish and cover with cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
