Creamy Spinach Camelina Dip

500g cream cheese

1 1/2 cup frozen spinach

1 1/2 cup sour cream

1/3 cup green onions

1/2 tsp. onion powder

1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 C. tbsp camelina oil

2 tbsp. 1 tbsp plain camelina seeds

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Salt and pepper (to taste)

  1. Thaw spinach and wring out ALL excess water with a towel or paper towels (you can thaw in the microwave if you need to do this quickly).
  2. Add the spinach and all the ingredients to a blender and mix until completely incorporated.
  3. Pour the dip into a bowl or a large empty loaf of bread.
