Smoothies

2 cups (500 ml) fruit of your choice

1 ½ cups (375 ml) milk of your choice

2 tbsp. (30 ml) maple syrup

2 tsp. (10 ml) cinnamon

2 tsp. (10 ml) liquid vanilla

Optional: 1 scoop of vanilla flavored protein powder

Pudding

½ cup (125 ml) of Signé Caméline camelina seeds

¼ cup (60 ml) sunflower seeds

¼ cup (60 ml) large flake oats

Preparation
  1. Place all smoothie ingredients in blender. Puree until smooth.
  2. In 4 small Mason jars, put the pudding ingredients.
  3. Add the smoothie and mix vigorously to obtain the most homogeneous preparation possible.
  4. Refrigerate for 4 hours.

 

Trick:

It takes about 4 quantities of smoothie for 1 quantity of camelina seeds to make a pudding!
