Camelina flavors

0.5 oz (15 mL) lemon juice

0.5 oz (15 mL) * Golden Camelina Honey Syrup * (see note)

0.75 oz (22 mL) roasted Camelina oil

1 sprig fresh rosemary

4 oz (120 mL) pineapple juice

  1. Put all the ingredients in a shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds.
  3. Use a cocktail strainer, strain the contents of the shaker into a cup-style glass.



Slap a sprig of fresh rosemary (to release the aromas, without crushing) and place it on top of your glass….



Note: Golden Camelina honey syrup

Wonderful for enjoying honey, without the sticky aspect in your cocktail!

Method: In a small saucepan, bring 1/2 cup (125 mL) water to boil. Reduce heat to low and add 1/2 cup (125 mL) liquid camelina honey. Stir until the honey is completely dissolved. Let cool and refrigerate. (Honey syrup can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 months)
