pineapple juice with rosemary and camelina

Camelina Flavors

1 portion


1 tbsp. (15 ml) of lemon juice

1 tbsp. (15 ml) of *Golden Camelina Honey Syrup * Signé caméline (see note)

1 1/2 tbsp. oz (22 ml) of roasted Camelina oil, Signé caméline

1 sprig of fresh rosemary

1/2 cup (125 ml) of pineapple juice

  1. Combine all the ingredients into a shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
  3. Strain into a cup-style glass the content of the shaker, using a cocktail strainer.


Slap a sprig of fresh rosemary (to release the aromas, without crushing) and place on top of the glass.



Golden Camelina Honey Syrup

Wonderful for enjoying honey, without the sticky aspect in your cocktail !

Method: in a small saucepan, bring 1/2 cup (125 ml) of water to a boil. Reduce heat to low and add 1/2 cup (125 ml) of liquid camelina honey. Stir until the honey is completely dissolved. Let it cool down and refrigerate. (Honey syrup can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 months).
