1 tbsp. (15 ml) of lemon juice
2 tsp. (10 ml) of apricot jam
3 tbsp. (45 ml) of Artist in Residence Pink Grapefruit Gin
1 1/2 tbsp. (22 ml) of virgin camelina oil Signé caméline
1/3 cup (85 ml) of grapefruit juice
Virgin camelina oil and camelina seeds Signé caméline (to taste, for frosting)
- In a plate, put a bit of camelina honey and camelina seeds.
- Frost around the top of an Old Fashioned glass.
- Combine all other ingredients into a shaker.
- Add ice and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds.
- Strain into the glass the content of the shaker, using a cocktail strainer.
Place a slice of dehydrated grapefruit on top of the glass.
